The family company APOSTOLI was officially born in 1980. In 1981 was bought the first CNC lathe, in 1985 the second and the same year the company moved to the industrial estate in Molinetto di Mazzano, where it is still located in a new 1.000 sq workshop with a climate productive area and warehouse.
In the following years the company grew and consolidated thanks to the working supplied to its historical Customers and thanks to its passage to the new generation of the two sons, helped by willing and competent workers.
In addition to the traditional kinds of turning, more complex working have been introduced with the employment of new technologies and of new kinds of tool machines.
In 2006 the company improved the quality management system according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2008. Then in 2007 the new standard room was created and completed with a new automatic coordinate measuring machine (and with a whole set of instruments and plug gauges to check each working in progress).
Nowadays the company TIMAS is still appreciated by its Customers for the high quality standards of its products and services, for its seriousness and for the respect of the delivery dates.
Our customers operate in the following fields: automotive, pneumatic and hydraulic components, Earth-moving machinery, oil industry, boat accessories and furniture. They work several kinds of materials: cast aluminium, extruded aluminium, stainless steel, cast iron, brass and plastic materials.
The average lot size that is worked each month varies from 10 to 5.000 pieces, according to the requirements of the Customer.
